By using InkOps and the screen printing pricing calculator, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The calculator

The pricing calculator is a free tool provided as-is for informational purposes. Pricing outputs are estimates based on the inputs you provide and industry-standard formulas. They are not guarantees of actual job costs or market pricing.

You are responsible for verifying all pricing for your own business decisions. InkOps is not liable for any business decisions made based on calculator outputs.

AI natural language input

The natural language input feature is provided for convenience only. It parses your text description into form fields but does not determine pricing. The pricing math is entirely formula-based. You should always review the parsed inputs before relying on the output.

Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and branding on this site are owned by InkOps. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree to use InkOps for its intended purpose: generating screen printing price estimates. You may not use the service to attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with our systems.

Limitation of liability

InkOps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InkOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved under Canadian jurisdiction.
