InkOps is a small, independent software company. We respect your privacy and collect as little data as possible. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.

What we collect

Calculator inputs: When you use our pricing calculator, your inputs (garment costs, quantities, ink colors, etc.) are processed in your browser. If you use the natural language input feature, your text is sent to OpenAI for parsing only and is not stored by us.

Email and name: If you choose to save a quote or join our waitlist, we collect your email address and first name. These are stored with our email service provider for sending you the quote and occasional product updates.

Analytics: We use Fathom Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool. Fathom does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. We see aggregate page views and referral sources, nothing that identifies you individually.

We do not use Google Analytics or any cookie-based tracking.

How we use your data

Email addresses are used to send you your saved quote and occasional product updates about InkOps. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email we send.

What we do not do

We do not sell, share, or provide your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We do not run retargeting ads. We do not build user profiles.

Data retention

If you provide your email, we retain it until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Calculator inputs are not stored on our servers.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Just email us and we will handle it promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
